1. Ordinance 1364 - 2nd Readipq - Park Ordinanc-e
This ordinance sets the opening and closing hours of City
Parks. Council passed Ordinance 1364 on first reading
September 18th.
2. R�solMtion 4584 - MDOT Annexatio
Council will consider a request from the Montana
Department of Transportation for annexation of the
Highway 93 corridor between the Kalispell Athletic
Complex and the Pack & Co .- site south of West Reserve
Drive.
3. Ordinance 1365 - Initial Zoning of MDOT Annexatign - 1st
Reading
Staff is recommending a P-1, Public, zoning designation
for the Highway 93 corridor.
4. Resolution 4585 - Park Bottling Co. Annexation
Council will consider a request by Park Bottling Company
for annexation of 4 acres located on the south side of
Kelly Road and east of Highway 93.
5. Ordinance 1366 - Initial Zonincr of Park Bottlincr Co..
Annexation - 1st Reading
Park Bottling Company is requesting initial zoning of I-1,
Light Industrial, upon annexation into the City.
G. Resolution 4586 - Preliminary Plat ADDroval - Stratfo
Village
This is a request for preliminary plat approval of a 102
lot residential subdivision located west of South MeadoI
and Ashley Park subdivisions, south of Lone Pine Vie
Estates subdivision.
7. Resolution 4587 - Stratford Village Annexation
In conjunction with the Stratford Village preliminary
plat, Council will consider A request for annexation of
the subdivision covering approximately 30.66 acres.
Annexation - 1st Reading
Staff is recommending approval of a requested zonin,5
designation of R-4, Two Family Residential, and RA-1, Low
Wensity Residential Apartment, upon annexation into the
City.

Council will consider an amendment to the Kalispell
Zoning Ordinance to allow for minor expansions to
nonconforming uses.
10. Jobs Now Request for City Health Insurance
Jobs Now is requesting its employees be allowed t
participate in the City' s health plan. Jobs Now would pa
the full cost of the premiums with participatio,
beginning November ist. I
11. Technical Advisory Committee ADDointment
The Flathead Regional Development Office recentl
requested, letters from persons interested in serving ] 0
the Technical Advisory Committee, which determines roa
construction priorities in the Kalispell area. Mayo
Boharski will make a recommendation for the appointment
