Approval of Minutes: Janet moved to approve the October 9 minutes; Julie seconded.
Approved 4-0.
Old Business:
Original Juicery — 1645 Airport Road; new drive-thru juicer. Top soil and hydroseed
much of the property. Lights over the windows. Discussed signage — it will come later.
Some metal skirting. Bill moved to approve; Janet seconded. Approved 4-0.
New Business:
Alpine Family Dentistry — 101 Westview; freestanding signs. Sign on rock next to
entrance and one alone fence line on Meridian. Julie moved to approve; Bill seconded.
Approved 4-0.
J&H — 922 W Center; modifying existing freestanding sign with new panel. Janet
moved to approve; Bill seconded. Approved 4-0.
