Approval of Minutes: Janet moved to approve the September 11 minutes; Mark
seconded. Approved 6-0.
Old Business:
Depot Place — E Center/3rd Ave EN — color change to previously approved plans.
Change is positive. Discussion centered around prior color and need to have actual color
samples as part of submittals. Julie moved to approve; Janet seconded. Approved 4-2
(Janet and Mark dissenting).
New Business:
Eisingers — Hwy 93 N - refurbish existing freestanding signs; no real change in
appearance. Using new LED lighting and repairing damage when one was struck by a
car. Russ moved to approve; Janet seconded. Approved 6-0.
KRMC — Claremont Dr; enclosure wall for emergency generators. Julie and Russ
recused themselves. 3 large emergency generators on the west side of the ALERT
building in the setback area. About 11 ft tall. Wall will serve to screen and help knock
down the noise. Brick will match the new KRMC brick. Will have taller grasses/color
for landscaping in front of the wall. Mark moved to approve; John seconded. Approved
4-0.
