Approval of Minutes: Mark moved to approve the July 10 minutes; Russ seconded.
Approved 5-0.
Old Business: None
New Business:
Smith's Gas Station — 410 E Idaho; replacing freestanding sign. Monument style. Russ moved
to approve; Julie seconded. Approved 5-0.
Safelite Auto Glass — 627 E Idaho; freestanding and wall signs. Essentially same structures as
they have now with new faces. Mark moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 5-0.
Depot Park Square — 35 Main St; new freestanding sign. Unlit. Discussion on using beige
background on the sign to match the building. Julie moved to approve with the recommendation
of using the beige background; Russ seconded. Approved 5-0. This will be just for the structure
and the Depot Park panel. Individual panels will not need ARC approval if they fit within what
was laid out here.
A2Z Engineering — 2 2nd Ave E; new office building. Actual colors a bit different. Comment
that the 2nd Ave side is the "least friendly." John moved to approve; Mark seconded. Approved
5-0.
Other Discussion:
General discussion regarding the Forge, the Loading Dock, and this year's ARC awards.
