Approval of Minutes: Russ moved to approve the August 14 minutes; motion seconded.
Approved 5-0.
Old Business:
Original Juicery — 1645 Airport Road — nothing new; Russ moved to table; Janet
seconded. Motion to table passed 6-0.
New Business:
Jimmy John's — 135 W Idaho — new panels in existing freestanding sign. Russ moved to
approve; Bill seconded. Approved 5-0.
Second Helpings Thrift — 1203 Hwy 2 W; wall sign. Bill moved to approve; Janet
seconded. Approved 5-0.
American Welding and Gas — 254 5th Ave WN; roof extension and storage area. Old
Payless Shoes. Coming off of the back end. Matching existing colors. Janet moved to
approve; Julie seconded. Approved 5-0.
Other Discussion:
ARC awards — Not a lot to choose from this year in some categories. Possibilities
include the Forge, Sykes, Blooming Bellies, Applebees, and Immanuel Lutheran.
