HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS: Parkside Credit Union — Sunset Blvd. Mark has had some discussions with
them regarding sidewalks. Otherwise, nothing new. It will be on the ARC agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: Depot Place — 3rd Ave EN/E Center — new senior apartments. They had
anticipated turning in plans earlier this week, but they have not been received yet. The CUP was
approved by council on Monday, and it will be on the ARC agenda next week.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: The only item at this time for next month is a group home on the
west side. It is not a state -licensed facility, but will provide short-term (up to a year) housing for
women in need.
OTHER REPORTS: KRMC parking lots — current status unknown, but they do not need any
permits from planning/building. They can just move forward with it, provided that public works
issues their permit for stormwater.
18th and Airport — they are submitting for a drive-thru espresso stand which will be on the next
agenda
