Approval of Minutes: Mark moved to approve the August 28 minutes; Janet seconded.
Approved 6-0.
Old Business:
Original Juicery — 1645 Airport Road — nothing new; pull off the agenda until they
submit something to review
New Business:
American Welding and Gas — 254 5th Ave WN; wall signs. Freestanding sign structure
will be removed. Larger sign is LED. Janet moved to approve; John seconded.
Approved 6-0.
Other Discussion:
ARC awards — Sykes complex, the Forge, and Immanuel Lutheran are the award
winners. The Courthouse should get a special mention even though it didn't go through
ARC. Schedule October 1 for council presentation.
