letter for them dealing with information and plans he needs in order to review the building for
a remainder permit.
NEW BUSINESS:
Wells Fargo Drive-Thru — Addition to building; needs administrative CUP. They will need
to combine the lots and go through architectural review. Approved subject to the condition
that the tree be replaced with a min 2 1/4 inch caliper tree if the tree has to be removed.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: None
OTHER DISCUSSION:
Cellular One — They may be coming in with a handicap ramp in the front of the building.
Site Review may need to consider whether or not to require closing the front parking area.
MDOT would like to see that outcome, but the change does not trigger a requirement to do
so for them
Lone Pine — Learn Lane will need to be elevated 2 feet above base flood elevation due to
subdivision access requirements.
Sinopah Subdivision — Fire access is acceptable, so it is OK to issue full building permits
Glacier High School - Fire flow/connection fee update
Landscape Ordinance — Parks is continuing its work on a new landscape ordinance.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:45 a.m.
