Performance Bond Reminders: See Performance Bond List; Mark is trying to use June 30 as a
completion date for any extensions so that we do not get tied up with late season weather problems
OLD BUSINESS:
West Coast Hotel/Kalispell Center Mall — revised plans were submitted yesterday and a
letter dated Dec 10 was hand delivered today; reviewed letter from PJ of Dec 2; (1) site plan
dimensions are updated; (2) sidewalk is acceptable as described by Ron — concrete delineation
to match streetscape where it is not raised; (3) discussion on realigning/signing the proposed
revised access off of I't Ave; (4) certain parking revisions were addressed; (5) landscape plan
will need to be reviewed, Ron raised questions about trees; (6) lighting plan generally OK, but
will need review of canopy light cut -sheet; (7) approval will be conditioned on any MDOT
requirements; and (8) will need 2 add. HC parking spaces and some traffic circulation
controls. Conditionally approved subject to final revised plans reflecting above conditions and
review of landscaping and lighting plans. Frank noted the need for 8 inch water lines to the
future building pads.

OTHER REPORTS:
School District 5 — on agenda for next week; convert warehouse behind city shops to office
Milbrandt — discussion re: fire access/potential parking impact
Blue Herron Ph 3 — some platting issues, but we are beginning a plan review for one lot;
need Fire Dept sign -off for construction access
