The proposer shall make good faith efforts as defined in Appendix A of 49 CFR Part 26,
Regulations of the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, to subcontract to small business
concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (DBE).
Contracts will require adherence to Title 41 CFR Part 60 regarding EEO and Affirmative Action
requirements.
