Remarks:
The enclosed drawings are included for your use. Please note that we made the following changes per your
discussion with Ryan following the Hilton meeting.
Sheet 1: - Added "service road" from south apron to Cemetery Road and wrapping around the end of the
runway OFA to your Highway 93 access. (It shows on the other sheets too.)
Sheet 2: - Revise Runway Data Table ultimate length to 4,700'
Sheet 3: - Added road centerline stripe and "Ryan Lane"
- Revise parking area and added a parking area
- Revised labels on both aprons
- Revise symbol (star) for the radio antenna near building 16
- Revise access road to include pavement onto apron from northwest corner
- Added note about construction beyond Ashley Creek "high bank"
- Added FEMA flood plain information (Comparing the elevations of this data to our survey of the
high bank, it is apparent that our survey is more accurate and the high bank would essentially
define the perimeter of the AE flood area).
Sheets 4 — 7: No change other than those listed above.
Sheet 8: - Revise to eliminate 3AA and 3AB acquisitions
Sheet 9: - Revised 6+ property line
- Added BRL, RSA and OFA labels
- Revise table regarding 12+ and 12c
- Revised 13+ property line (This was not in your request, but made sense to us — please review)
