6. Describe Anticipated Work by Contractor for Next Period
The Contractor will continue to excavate to subgrade elevation over the Apron and Taxiways. Storm Drain installation will
continue throughout the period. P-154 (subbase) is planned to arrive onsite on Thursday for Taxiway `A' south and the Apron.
7. Problem Areas/Other Comments (Revisions to plans and specifications approved or denied, delays, difficulties, etc. and actions taken)
After striping the topsoil from the southern end of Taxiway `A', the underlain subgrade became weakened and started to pump
severely in several locations. Different remedies are currently being utilized to firm up the subgrade to provide support for the new
Taxiway section. Further efforts over the course of the next period will be taken in improving these areas along with close
observations and monitoring of adjacent areas to assure that the problem does not worsen.

6. Describe Anticipated Work by Contractor for Next Period
The contractor plans to continue hauling in and placing P-154 for the Apron and Taxiways on the southern portion of the project.
The contractor plans to finish installing the Storm Drain along alignment A and also being installing some of the 12" diameter
lateral connectors. Subgrade "Dig -outs" are scheduled to continue to take place to remove pumping subgrade material along
Taxiway A, B, C, D & E.
7. Problem Areas/Other Comments (Revisions to plans and specifications approved or denied, delays, difficulties, etc. and actions taken)
We are currently performing "Dig -outs' in the areas where subgrade pumping has occurred. These areas are very sensitive and are
beiu monitored closely. A Chance Order was administered to account for the work of di)?Rin)z out the pumping subgrade areas.
