Fred
I have now had a chance to look at the two sites you sent over 3 weeks ago
The parcels that are nearby the "KOFI-FM" (actually KZMN) site are in
pretty rough terrain. They are a little hard to plot up on the USGS
topographic map, because the parcels are irregularly shaped, but the
terrain appears to vary over a range of 200 feet or so.
The parcels that are north of Rhodes are also in terrain that is far
from flat, but the easterly two have only about 100 feet of variation
with a sort of a ridge in the middle. But at about the junction between
the middle one and the westerly one, there is a fairly steeply sloped
change in elevation of 160 feet or so.
I think you could make it fit on the two "Scott & Wheeler" parcels, but
it is far from an ideal choice. I would have a hard time defending it
as "equivalent" to the present one, which is located in terrain that is
a lot closer to ideal. I think you should be looking for a situation
which is lower down on the valley floor.
Regards,
Ben
