/ OFFICERS WILL GAUGE THEIR RESPONSE ACCORDING TO THE BEST AVAILABLE INFORMATION
WHILE WEIGHING THE TOTALITY OF CIRCUMSTANCES.
/ AN EMPLOYEE MAYBE ASKED TO STEP OUTSIDE TO MEET WITH AN OFFICER IF THERE IS A
CONCERN ABOUT THE CURRENT STATUS OF THE INCIDENT. THIS IS DONE IN AN EFFORT TO
