Approval of Minutes: Janet moved to approve the June 26 minutes; John seconded.
Approved 4-0.
Old Business: None
New Business:
Loading Dock— 101 E Center; building remodel. Taking off the back of the building and
replacing it with a more sound structure. Area along Center will be landscaped with a sidewalk,
replacing the current asphalt parking backing into the right-of-way. A few differences from the
submitted drawing (eg balcony). Janet moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 4-0.
Other Discussion:
General discussion with Doug Russell, the new City Manager.
