Approval of Minutes: Russ moved to approve the June 12 minutes; Mark seconded.
Approved 5-0.
Old Business:
Flathead Industries â 40 E Idaho â new wall sign. Original submittal was 160 sq ft. After prior
discussion, approved subject to e-mail approval, which did not generate a solid consensus. Some
discussion on color contrast, making it softer. Overall, it is a good improvement from original.
Russ moved to approve, Janet seconded. Approved 5-0.
New Business:
Flathead Travel â500 S Main, new freestanding sign to replace existing sign. Existing sign is
non -conforming. New sign will meet height/size requirements and no longer hang over the
right-of-way. Mark moved to approve; Janet seconded. Approved 5-0.
Other Discussion:
The committee would like the new city manager to stop by at an upcoming meeting.
