The Department has received and processed the documents submitted by the City of
Kalispell and relating to the 2011 modification of the above -referenced Tax Increment
Financing District. We are pleased to inform you that the modification will be certified
when the Department certifies values on the second Monday in August. The modified
portion of the district will be certified with a base year of 2011. The modified portion of
the TIFD will sunset at the same time and on the same date as the original TIFD filed
with the Department in 1997.
We ask that you advise us immediately of any changes which may occur in the future.
