HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Crowley is researching the bond for the Kalispell
Center Mall from 2006. It is not on the master list, but the mall owner stated it is still in place from
when the hotel was expanded.
OLD BUSINESS: 115 Kelly Road —Pawn Shop —They are close to wrapping up their C of O and
opening up. Paving will be required in the front, but deferred in the back. They will have one row of
parking in the front, up against the building. The buffer along the east property line can be dropped.
Curb, gutter and sidewalks would be required in the future. There will be a landscape buffer along
Kelly Road that will define the two 24' driveways. They will need to take out the big curb cuts.
Fincher noted they will be putting in some shrubs and cedar mulch. There is no irrigation system.
Revised conditions are approved.
Kohl's and Spring Prairie Phase III — No one has received anything new from them. Fincher
spoke with a representative from Kohl's earlier this week about landscaping.
FVCC Campus — Nursing Education Building (Broussard Center) — They are moving forward.
Anything you need to address should be worked out directly with CTA.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: There is nothing for the upcoming Planning Board Meeting. They
will continue to discuss their Growth Policy Update.
