Approval of Minutes: Russ moved to approve the February 28 minutes; Janet seconded.
Approved 4-0.
Old Business: None
New Business:
Alpine Dental â 101 Westview Park Place; new dental office. Color is darker in print.
Will do logo on the building wall (will get a sign permit). Broke up the roof line by
popping up the middle a couple feet. Showed landscaping plan â working with Parks on
the details. Showed material â earth tone asphalt shingle; board & bat walls. Antique
bronze color metal for gutters and roof edging. Using large stone. They are planning on
taking out the vent in the gable. Russ moved to approve; Bill seconded. Approved 4-0.
