Approval of Minutes: Mark moved to approve the Januaryl0 minutes; Janet seconded.
Approved 6-0.
Old Business: None
New Business:
Crevier's Academy — 240 W Idaho; modified freestanding sign. Internally lit. being
modified to be brought into conformance due to 50% rule. Mark moved to approve; Russ
seconded. Approved 6-0.
Flathead Industries — 66 4th Ave WN; wall signs. Unlit. Janet moved to approve. John
seconded. Approved 6-0.
Neuroscience and Spine Institute — 200 Commons Way; replace sign in existing
retaining wall. Julie and Russ recused themselves due to conflicts. Mark moved to
approve. John seconded. Approved 4-0.
Lucky Lil's — 285 N Main; outdoor smoking hut. Present windows remain. Using dark
glass. Discussion regarding the gap between the shed and the roof overhang. Posts are
the same color as the existing door. Russ moved to approve with the following
conditions: (1) bring up the glass to the bottom of the soffit (small gap for ventilation)
and eliminate rafters; and (2) maximize new storefront frames and align with existing.
Motion seconded. Approved 6-0.
Sykes — 213 3rd Ave W; adding two second floor apartments to garage currently under
construction. Main portion of the building was recently reviewed and approved.
Apartment addition was contemplated at the time, but they were unsure how they wanted
to proceed. Addition ties into the rest of the building. John moved to approve; Julie
seconded. Approved 6-0.
Other Discussion: Growth policy discussion postponed until next meeting.
