Adjacent Ownership List Procedure Variance
This Adjacent Ownership List Request Form was received by the GIS department and did
not have the proper signatures; and /or the subject property owner and / or the buffer
footage was identified by the customer and therefore was not verified by a planner,
surveyor, or engineer,
I have been informed thatsubmittins an Adjacent Ownership List Request Form without
the proper signature may render the list inadequate to a planning office. If such an
instance arises, I acknowledge that I will be responsible for the additional fees associated
($75 for a standard order, $150 for a rush order) with having a ncw list compiled.
