HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. Immanuel Lutheran Home will probably be
bonding for their unfinished landscaping. They are looking to get their C of O in February.
OLD BUSINESS: Spring Prairie Phase 3/Kohl's — Hwy 93 N — Conrad received a call from
Goldberg asking about their Final Plat, so we may see a Final Plat application on this soon. They will
need to bond for the infrastructure required by Public Works, including the bike path along the
highway, sidewalks, and the lift station, which is still a concern. Conrad will be calling them back
later this morning.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: The property on Three Mile Drive past Mountain Vista Subdivision
at the curve where they are operating an espresso shop and had requested annexation, have put
everything on hold. They wanted this to go to the March Planning Board Meeting. Conrad will
speak with them regarding the documentation on building permits, impact fees, the pole barn/shop
they have going in, their hydrant issues for the future, etc.
We should be getting in an application for the old Montana Home Outfitters building on Hwy. 93.
They are looking to annex into the City and get a Conditional Use Permit. They plan to convert this
into a care facility for eating disorders. They will retrofit the building and do an addition onto it.
They are looking to do maybe more of a campus setting there in the future.
OTHER REPORTS: None.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
