SUBJECT: Life Saving Award recognition for Josh Pipolo, Joe Hansen, Rob Cherot,
Chris Rupp, Todd Hawes, and Taylor Zachary.

BACKGROUND: On October 21, 2011, the above mentioned individuals responded to a call
involving a 77-year old male in cardiac arrest. Through the efforts of these individuals, the patient
made a full recovery and was discharged from the hospital suffering no loss of function.
