GUESTS: James Freyholtz, MDT
HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS: Spring Prairie Phase 3/Kohl's — Hwy 93 N — Nothing new to report.
115 Kelly Road - Convert existing warehouse to retail/pawn shop in southern end of building. We are
still waiting for a Site Plan from them.
NEW BUSINESS: Town Pump — 2910 Hwy 93 S at Cemetery Road; new gas pump canopy with
three new pump islands. The existing pump is about 70' back from the property line. This will go in
between the existing access on Cemetery Road and the existing canopy. One of the islands will not be
under the canopy. There is a 24' driving lane around it and it does not affect any of their parking spaces.
It is directly in line with the 65' curb cut. The parking lot/pump configuration was discussed. Dedman
will take a look at the site. Nothing in terms of drainage is shown on the plans and there are no
elevations. They will need to talk with Public Works on this project, and Wargo will check into the gas
station regulations. Sidewalk possibilities were discussed, and it was decided that since there are
basically no other sidewalks there, that at this time we would not require it.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: There will be no Planning Board Meeting for December. In January,
the board will begin updating the Growth Policy, and that will be going on all next year. There are no
other items for their January agenda at this time.
OTHER REPORTS: None.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
