Old Business: None
New Business:
AutoZone — 130 W Idaho; new wall and freestanding signs. Russ moved to approve; Mark
seconded. Approved 4-0.
Immanuel Lutheran/Buffalo Hill Terrace — 185 Crestline/40 Claremont; new freestanding
signs. Applicant not present. No issues with look/location of sign. Colors and materials
questions. Bill moved to approve the signs subject to final approval of the colors and
materials to be sent via e-mail; Russ seconded. Approved 4-0.
124 Main — new roof housing for platform lift. Mocha color. Using foam and solar glazing.
Mark moved to approve; Bill seconded. Approved 5-0.
Salvation Army — 1500 Hwy 93 S; addition to existing thrift store. Red roof. Walls to be
"stone" colored (greyish -beige). Metal. They may need to adjust the footprint to work
around a fire lane requirement. Bill moved to approve; Russ seconded. Approved 5-0.
Smart Insurance — 724 2nd St E; building remodel. Corner braces were discussed. They
should bring them down further to the bricks or bring up the masonry. Tope trim, metal clad
windows. Russ moved to approve with the suggestion that they join the corner elements;
Julie seconded. Approved 5-0.
Hilton Homew000d Suites — 195 Hutton Ranch Rd; new hotel. Made some minor changes
based on earlier comments. They are using the Bozeman prototype. Steel; lap siding; EIFS
vertical members. Showed photos for colors; drawn elevations didn't really show it well.
Bottom elements may become stone. Include the sign panel and wall sign for review
pending sign permit. Committee likes the plan overall; prefer they stay away from stone.
Russ moved to approve the plans as submitted, with a review of the final version for any
changes (e.g. stone elements). Bill seconded. Approved 5-0.
