HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Ashley Heights — Updated Letter of Credit to expire
November, 2012. Cornerstone Church — They completed some work this summer. Conrad believes
they did a revised Letter of Credit. He will verify this. They had to do some sidewalk work.
General discussion was held regarding their paving.
OLD BUSINESS: Spring Prairie Phase 3/Kohl's — Hwy 93 N — Wargo is working with
Spring Prairie's engineer, trying to determine the outcome on their lift station. As it is designed
now, it doesn't comply with DEQ Standards for municipally -owned lift stations.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: The Planning Board will be meeting on the 29th because they
did not have a quorum on the 8th. They will be discussing the Group Home going in on 2" d
Avenue West.
They also have a use permit for a Dance Studio near Edgerton School on Bruyer Way. They are
occupying the southernmost building and they want to expand into one of the other suites there.
They will be discussing with Elkins whether they will need a Building Permit or not.
The Special Subcommittee of the Council, consisting of Councilmembers Hafferman, Zauner and
Fisher, met on the Subdivision Regulations last night and gave it a positive review before it goes
to a Public Hearing. This will be scheduled for hearing in a couple of weeks.
