PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS: Spring Prairie Phase 3/Kohl's — Hwy 93 N — They have decided to put off
Kohl's for at least another year and are looking at Spring of 2013. This will be removed from the
agenda for now.
Hagestad Painting —1020 West Center; adding new building to existing painting contractor's yard.
The Foundation Permit has been issued, and it has passed through Architectural Review. The
Building Department needs more information for the Building Permit. They have submitted a
Landscaping Plan to the Parks Department, which includes an "ornamental" walkway. Public Works
is okay with their Stormwater Plan. They will also need a Right -of -Way Permit, as they plan to pave
all the way to the curb.
115 Kelly Road — convert existing warehouse to retail/pawn shop in southern end of building.
Approximately 3,200 sq. ft. of retail space. They will not be required to pay any traffic impact fees.
NEW BUSINESS: Dance Studio — They are going through the process of getting their Conditional
Use Permit. This is located east of Edgerton School on Bruyer Way. They are occupying the
southernmost building and they want to expand into one of the adjacent buildings. This will be going
to the Planning Board next Tuesday. They will need to get a Building Permit.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: There will be no Planning Board Meeting for December.
