KALISPELL, MONTA.NA. MAYOR TAB FISHER PRESIDED. COUNCIL MEMBERS
JIM ATKINSON, KAR.I GABRIEL, BOB IIAFFERMAN, RANDY KENYON, DUA.NE
LARSON, WAYNE SAVERUD AND JEFF ZAUNER WERE PRESENT, COUNCIL
MEMBER TIM KLUESNER WAS ABSENT.
Also present: Acting City Manager Charles Harball, City Clerk Theresa White, Chief of Police
Roger Nasset, Revolving Loan Fund Manager wade Elder, and Deputy City Clerk Judi Funk.
Mayor Fisher called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
A. AGENDA APPROVAL
Kenyon moved to approve the Agenda. The motion was seconded.
There was no discussion.
The motion carried unanimously upon vote with Kluesner absent.
None.
C/1. INVESTMENT APPROVAL — KALISPELL GOLF ASSOCIATION
This is a request by the Kalispell Golf Association to invest $600,000 in improvements to the
Buffalo Hill Golf Course driving range and the Cameron 9 golf course.
Harball gave a report and answered questions.
Steve Dunfee, Kalispell Golf Association, explained the improvement plans and answered questions.
Public Comment
Richard Kuhl, 867 North Main Street, remarked that the number of broken windows on his property
is increasing each year and he requested that approval be postponed until the residents on North
Main Street are satisfied with the redesign of Hole 7.
Kenyon moved council approve the proposed improvements to the Buffalo Mill Golf Course.
The motion was seconded.

Council Discussion
There was discussion regarding golf balls hitting homes and cars on North Main Street and the
design of Mole 7.
Mayor Fisher directed the KGA to work with the North Main Street residents and report back to
council on a solution.
The motion carried unanimously upon vote with Kiuesner absent.
D. MAYORICOUNCIL/CITY MANAGER/REPORTS (No Action)
Mayor Fisher noted that she attended the Montana League of Cities and Towns convention in Butte
last weep along with council members Larson and Gabriel.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
