General Manager Hampton Inn Kalispell, Montana
406.755.7900 lori.fisher@Hilton.com
2002-Present - Hampton Iran Hotel General Manager
Oversee all operation of the hotel, and report to Director of operations.
I work closely with several outside vendors/contractors. The hotel employs 34 full time
employees and the majority of these employees have been long terra while under my
direction. In the seven years as General Manager I have maintained the hotel standards to
be within the 15 percent of Hampton. Inn's nationwide. Yam proud to say the Hampton
Inn has won several awards from the Hilton Brand for Guest Loyalty and exceeding
Brand standards. other duties include, annual budgets, daily reports, payroll, employee
training, and all payables.
2000-2002 - Sales Manager Hampton Inn Kalispell
As Sales Manager I was in charge of btinging business to the hotel through sales calls
and trade shows. I was also in charge of conference bookings and group sales. I
represented the property at Chamber of Commerce lunchoens and other functions needed
for networking. I was in charge of all local advertising, and worked with my DOS on all
larger advertising. I have furthered nay knowledge by attending several classes through
the Hilton Brand on Sales, Customer Service, Advertising and Marketing.
I996--2002 - Guest Assistance/Customer Services
Make guest reservations. Checked guests into hotel
Called guests within 15 minutes after arrival to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Resolve charge disputes
• Handle all guest issues
• Shift cash drop
Report all pertinent information to all departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
It would be an honor to be part of the TBID Board that represents Kalispell. As a
community business leader for the last 13 years I have seen Kalispell grow quite a bit. I
also know how important it is to continuously bring business into the Flathead valley.
The TBII) tax is the responsibility of the hotel General Managers of Kalispell and I feel I
must do my part to help make this tax a success.
The Hampton Inn does a lot of advertising and mass marketing through the Brand as well
as on the hotel level. At the hotel level we use tracking systems in which tells us what
works and what does not work, I feel I could truly have a good impact on the decisions
being -jade for the use of the TBID tax.
