Dear Mrs. Howington.,
I respectfully request that Officer Jordan Venezio be confirmed as a patrol officer
for the Kalispell Police Department. Officer Venezio has successfully completed his
one year probationary period effective December 1, 2010.
Officer Venezio is a native Montanan and graduated. from Columbia Falls Nigh
School. He then attended Flathead Valley Community College where he received an
associates degree in Business Administration. At the age of 18 Jordan received his
Realtors License from the Montana Board of fealty and sold real estate for over
two years prior to being hired by the Kalispell Police Department,
In Officer Venezio's application he stated "To me, becoming a police officer would
feel more like a privilege than a job." I can assure that this is the perspective that
Jordan has applied as a police officer. Jordan comes to work with a contagious
great attitude and is a pleasure to work with.
During the past year Officer Venezio has demonstrated an understanding of the job
far beyond his year of experience, he has a strong work ethic and a sincere desire to
contribute towards making our community a better place to live. It is clear that
Officer Venezio recognizes the importance of the department's shared values of
honesty, integrity, professional competence, positive leadership and respect for the
public.
It is nay pleasure to give my highest recommendation for Officer Jordan Venezio's
confirmation.
