Mayor, Council Members and Board Members,
Please consider this a lever of interest for re -appointment to the Kalispell Business Improvement
District Board of Directors. As many of you are aware, I am a property owner and business
owner in Historic Downtown Kalispell. Our business Camas Creek Yarns is located at 338 Main
Street, Kalispell. After extensive remodeling of our 1925 vintage, 2 story building, we opened
our yarn business on November 30, 2007.
I have enjoyed working with the other Board of Directors to maintain and promote the character
and economic viability of downtown Kalispell. It is our position to advocate for a prosperous
and healthy district.
With my experience serving on the BID I have learned to listen well, assess the information
provided and work towards decisions that are based on fairness and cost effectiveness. My
working profession at Camas Creek Yarns has strengthened my knowledge of what drives the
local economy.
I would consider it an honor to be re -appointed to the Kalispell Business Improvement District
Board and await your reply. Thank you for your consideration.

Dear Mayor Fisher:
I am Ming to express my interest in continuing my board position with the Conrad
Mansion. I started working on the board in 2004 when I took the place of a board member who,
due to job responsibilities, moved away from Kalispell.
As a third generation. Montanan and one of the original contributors to the preservation of
the Conrad Mansion, I have arrays had a great interest in saving and maintaining the mansion for
future generations.
My wife and I believe in supporting the local museums. I was one of the early members
of the Northwest Montana Historical Society and did volunteer work for the Central School
Museum -the "M." I have belonged to the Hockaday Museum of Art for over twenty years, and I
joined the Conrad Mansion Association as soon as I heard about it.
I am a retired firefighter for the City of Kalispell and my wife and I own an educational
consulting business in downtown Kalispell, Project CRISS. I collect antiques and specialize in
Montana relics.
I have time to devote to this position and would enjoy continuing my service on the
board. Thank you for your consideration.
