SUBJECT, City - County Health levy - 2012 budget
MEETING DATE: August 15, 2011
BACKGROUND: The County is requesting a levy of 5.75 mills for the City -County
Health Department. This levy will be collected and administered by
the County Treasurer.
RECOMMENDATION: Adoption of Resolution.
FISCAL EFFECTS: Kalispell Citizens will contribute approximately $230,000 for the
City County Health Department.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That there is hereby levied upon each and every dollar of the taxable
valuation of the City of Kalispell, Montana, for the fiscal year 2011-
2012, the following levy (funds to be collected and administered by
Flathead County):
