The Airport Manager shall provide all necessary office supplies and equipment required for the function of the management services. In the event any equipment is destroyed, wears out, or becomes obsolete, and the property is necessary for the provision of Contract Services, the City shall not be required to replace it unless the Airport Manager reimburses City for the actual cost of replacement. 2.03 Labor To Be Provided.
