North 89°58'00" West, a distance of 30.00 feet to the Westerly boundary line of
Airport Road, a 60.00 foot declared county road and the Point of Beginning of the
parcel being described; thence continuing

South 00°01'59" West, a distance of 349.86 feet; thence
South 89°58'00" East, a distance of 280.00 feet to the Westerly boundary line of said
Airport Road; thence along said Westerly boundary line of said Airport Road
