Box 1997 Kalispell, Mt 59903-1997 Dear Brian: This is a written request for zoning determination for the Timmreck property at Airport Road and the 1st Avenue West/18th Street intersection. I have visited with you about this property and there appears to be a question that needs answering. From available zoning maps, I see that the zoning is B2 and that this zone allows a 35 foot height maximum; setbacks of 20 front, 5 side, 20 rear and 20 on side corner. We observed an air ends 7501 from the Road. The subject making it 900 feet City Attorney Glen haven't connected port plan map which shows that the runway SE corner of 18th Street West and Airport property is 150 feet NW of the SE corner from the runway. I have tried to contact Neier about any FAA restrictions but we yet. One potential purchaser was told by a planning consultant that the Timmreck property can only be used for pasture. I assume that this was purely in jest. Please write to me on official letterhead, what restrictions are being imposed on this 1.478 acre property.
