A sewer main extension, along Airport Road from this alley to 18th Street, would be required to serve Tract 5 as a separate lot. Water and Sanitary Sewer Service to Parcel "C" (Immediately south of Lot 11 of Baker's Southside Addition) Water service is available to this parcel from a main on the east side of Airport Road. Sewer service is available from sewer mains which run through the north edge and along the east 2/3 of this parcel. The main through the north edge is within an easement while the main along the east edge is in the Airport Road right of way.
