Dear Ken,
This letter is to confirm our agreement not
to allow building construction in the area between
the Elton Noyes Space 1, and Davar Gardner space
3 & 4 hangars (hangar space 2) at Kalispell
City Airport.
This area is to be kept free of building so
as to facilitate any required sewer maintenance.
Thanks for your assistance in solving the spacing
problem.
