Dear Mr. Tower:
In response to your telephone call of January 23, I am enclosing our
airport promotion package. The primary purpose for this material is to aid in
showing the nonaviation-oriented portion of the public the value a general
aviation airport has to its surrounding community.
Included are four airport economic impact studies. They are:
Economic Impact Study of the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport;
An Economic Impact Study for the Lafayette Regional Airport;
A Study of the Scope and Economic Impact of the General Aviation
Industry Within the State of Florida;
A Guide for Supporting the Airport in Your Community, Illinois
Department of Transportation - Division of Aeronautics.
I am also enclosing a copy of the FAA Sponsor Assurances Agreement that
we spoke of and two FAA Advisory Circulars.
I hope this inform4tion will be useful. If I can be of further help,
please contact me.
