Certificate of Survey No. 12140. Parcel 2 and the property labeled "Lion Park Street" are the properties to be assessed. 2. Certificate of Survey No. 12279. Parcel 4 is the property to be assessed. All of these properties are owned by the City of Kalispell and are located south of Kalispell along U.S. Hwy 93S. We would appreciate your reviewing these surveys and sending us an estimate of the cost of the Phase I Environmental Assessment for these properties. It would be helpful if you could give us an estimate for each separately (please put Parcel 2 and Lion Park Street together) as well as an estimate for doing them both at the same time.
