03/08/94 Wood/Water and Sanitary Sewer PacketDate: March 8, 1994 To: Brian Wood, Zoning Adminstrator From: John Wilson, Assistant City Engineer VLA) Re: Water and Sanitary Sewer Locations ITTII Water service is available to both tracts from a main on the east side of Airport Road. Another water main may also be found adjacent to Tract 5 on the south side of 18th Street. Sewer service is available to Tract 5-25 from a main in the alley along the north side of the property. A sewer main extension, along Airport Road from this alley to 18th Street, would be required to serve Tract 5 as a separate lot. Water and Sanitary Sewer Service to Parcel "C" (Immediately south of Lot 11 of Baker's Southside Addition) Water service is available to this parcel from a main on the east side of Airport Road. Sewer service is available from sewer mains which run through the north edge and along the east 2/3 of this parcel. The main through the north edge is within an easement while the main along the east edge is in the Airport Road right of way. Water and Sanitary Sewer Service to Parcel 6 (Softball Fields) Water service is available to this parcel from a main on the west side of Highway 93. Sewer service is available from a sewer main on the east side of Highway 93, between the south end of Lion's Park and Kelly Road . In the event that this parcel should be subdivided, a sewer main extension would be required for any new lots not adjacent to the existing sewer main. Water and Sanitary Sewer Service to Parcel 2 (Immediately south of 18th Street between Highway 93 South and 3rd Avenue East) Water service is available to this parcel from mains on the south side of 18th Street and the west side of 3rd Avenue East. Sewer service is available from sewer mains in the same general locations. 596 Heed Exhibit k 37.2 Pg 1 ter''-tey'Cl .2c' )ok 507 Page 117 (,0, Bk 507 Pg 116 dtoO C.o N72*23 tRa 0 -0 5 _ `oo. , Old troundvey ling .
