SUBJECT`: Land Description - Issues
The City of Kalispell currently owns Tracts 1+, 2, BA+,
2A, 2B, 7CA, 3, and 3A in Section 20, T28N, R21W (map attached) .
The following identifies each parcel, location, size, utilities
available, specific land uses, revenues and encumbrances for each
parcel. Working clockwise from the intersection of 18th Street
West and Airport Road, the properties are described below. The
City has obtained a Title Report which has complete descriptions.
TRACT 1+:
Location: SE corner of 18th Street West and Airport Rd.
Area: Approximately 23.05 Acres - 1,004,058 Square Feet.
Utilities: 8" water line @ N property line (18th St.)
6" water line @ W property line (Airport Rd)
6" water line bisects site east to west
Sewage lift station at Ne corner of site
4 separate sewer lines cross site (Babb's map)
