RE: LEASE COSTS AT GLACIER PARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Dear Larry:
City Resolution No. 3773 establishes the "user" fees for the Kalispell City Airport. Fee
categories include:
User Fee: $25.00 per year
Commercial Fee: $50.00 per month
Tie -downs: $2.50 per day or $15.00 per month
Fuel flow fee: $0.05 per gallon
For comparison purposes, Glacier Park International Airport assesses fees as follows:
Unimproved lease land: $0.10 per sq ft per year
FBO: $0.065 to $0.10 per sq ft per year
Fuel Flowage Fee: $0.06 per gallon
Commercial Landing Fee: $4 per landing
General Aviation Landing Fee: None
Charter Landing Fee: Fee based on weight of plane
The GPIA will also perform improvements to within 20 feet of a leased hangar if Federal funds
are available. Improvements to the 20 foot area are the responsibility of the tenant. You will
need to consult with Mike Baker on the particulars of "leasing" at the City Airport.
