In addition, w a s b ; n g t o n 9 s 1 z 1 the results of the analysis have been presented in ways that are useful for z 0 6• 4 4 1• 7 0 3 6 both technical and non -technical constituents. f b e 7 @ q w e s t n e t Ben Frerichs is an economist with over 32 years experience applying economics and finance to real estate, land use, economic development, strategic planning, and public facilities projects, programs and policies. His 20 years of economic consulting experience includes market and financial feasibility studies for a wide range of public and private real estate projects; economic, land value, fiscal and development impact analysis of public and private facilities; land use and regulatory programs and proposed policies; and formulation and implementation of financial strategies for economic and real estate development as well as community planning. Presentations at conferences and workshops, short courses, speeches and writing articles related to community growth and real estate analysis are also part of this concentration on providing information for those who can use it. In addition, his academic career and research focused on state and local public finance. He has been a part time instructor at several universities in Washington including teaching real estate and urban development in the Urban Design and Planning program at the University of Washington. Mr. Frerichs has been involved as an advisor to the graduate program in urban design and planning in the School of Architecture as well as served on the boards of non-profit and professional organizations.
