Re: Wolford Master Plan Amendment
The Planning Board in their motion to approve the Wolford Master Plan
Amendment required that I attend the City Council Meeting for the hearing on this
request. Further, the motion states that the project should be placed on the
September 4, 2001 agenda.
While I am not certain what administrative issues you and your staff will need to
resolve in order to facilitate the motion, I would greatly appreciate as much advance
notice of the Council date and time for the hearing so that I may adjust my
schedule to attend the City Council meeting.
