I am writing on behalf of Wolford Development Montana, LLC for the purpose of
confirming that state law allows for Wolford to have its final PUD reviewed and approved under
the regulations that were in place last year when it submitted its development plan application. I
am enclosing a copy of the relevant sections of the Montana Code Annotate--§§7-21-1001
through -1003. Wolford hopes to be able to submit its application for final PUD approval in the
near future.
I have reviewed the proposed new regulations and believe it is a good thing for the City
to update that portion of your zoning code as we encountered some challenges in complying with
your code that I am sure others will appreciate being able to avoid in the future.
