I am enclosing a copy of the relevant sections of the Montana Code Annotate--§§7-21-1001 through -1003. Wolford hopes to be able to submit its application for final PUD approval in the near future. I have reviewed the proposed new regulations and believe it is a good thing for the City to update that portion of your zoning code as we encountered some challenges in complying with your code that I am sure others will appreciate being able to avoid in the future.
