Please consider this memo as our invoice for the payment in lieu of taxes due
to the City per section 5.4 of the Developer's Agreement. Our information from the County
Treasurer for the year 2001 for the Kalispell Rosauers is as follows:
assessor # 75-P 141800 $3,393.16 Personal Property Tax
assessor # 75-0001489 $66,781.18 Real Estate Tax
$70,174.34 Total
The developer agreement provides that Rosauers will generate annual tax revenue of $142,000,
the difference of $71,825.66 would now be due to the City. Please remit to your check payable
to the City of Kalispell by December 31, 2001. Thank you.
