Our information from the County Treasurer for the year 2001 for the Kalispell Rosauers is as follows: assessor # 75-P 141800 $3,393.16 Personal Property Tax assessor # 75-0001489 $66,781.18 Real Estate Tax $70,174.34 Total The developer agreement provides that Rosauers will generate annual tax revenue of $142,000, the difference of $71,825.66 would now be due to the City.
