BOX 728 KALISPELL, MT 59903-0728 December 2, 1996 TELEPHONE 406-755-5700 FAX 406-755-5565 E-MAIL ADDRESS kvhlaw@netrix.net I have been corresponding with Ross Plambeck regarding the Hampton Inn and problems raised by the City Building Department. It is my understanding that Ron Pack has talked directly to you. I have reviewed some of the concerns of the Planning Department. Most of the concerns which the City has were alleviated when the restaurant facility was abandoned. There still may be some matters that must be addressed. It seems to me that before mountains are made of mole hills, a person -to -person conference involving you, me, Ron Pack and Clarence Krepps is in order. I would suggest that this meeting be limited as set forth above, at least in the initial stages. Subsequent meetings, if necessary, can get into very specific line item issues. lLAI I am -available th 3: = . on, and virtually anytime during the week of December 9-13, whichever would be convenient for you folks. Please give me a call at your earliest opportunity. In my absence, please talk to my assistant, Jody. Best regards, [AN, P. C. cc: Ronald Pack
