For the past 5 months we have been working with the City Manager, James Patrick, on acquiring land on the south end of town to construct a Flilton Garden inn hotel, Conference Center and Blue Canyon Restaurant with a Casino. This project will be similar to the hotel complex we are building in Missoula, MT. We are in the process of acquiring 4.1 areas of land currently owned by the city, however, in order to accommodate the entire facility on the Armory site we need to acquire more land to the South of the Armory. To achieve our objective we -need to know the answers to the following in order of priority listed: 1. Would you be willing to sell the 2.93 Acres adjacent to the Armory site? 2. If it is your intention to build on subject site would you be willing to sell off part of the property from I to 1.5 acres? 3. If you plan an building and using the entire site, would you consider a cross parking easement arrangement? I understand that you will be having a board meeting on September 27".
