Quitclaim Deed (unsigned)QUITCLAIM DEED For Value Received, Manuel V. Bauska and Dorothea F. Bauska, husband and wife; James B. McKnight and Doreen L. McKnight, husband and wife; Garmen H. Meadows and F. Louise Meadows, husband and wife; and James L. Scharen and Bonnie C. Scharen, husband and wife, hereinafter GRANTORS, do hereby convey, release, remise and forever quitclaim unto City of Kalispell, a municipal corporation, hereinafter GRANTEE, the following described premises in Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana, to -wit: Lot "A", Porta Villa Subdivision No. 2, City of Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana, according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Clerk & Recorder, Flathead County, Montana. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the GRANTEE, and to its heirs, successors, and assigns forever. TOGETHER with their appurtenances. Provided, however, that this conveyance is made pursuant to that certain AGREEMENT made and entered into on the 15th day of November, 1976, by and between the GRANTORS AND GRANTEE, wherein the GRANTORS agreed to dedicate Lot A, Porta Villa Subdivision No. 2, to the City of Kalispell as roadway and public right-of-way purposes, as part of Yellowstone Street. Should the above described property not be used by the City of Kalispell as an extension of Yellowstone Street after substantial development of land in the area, the premises herein granted shall revert to the GRANTORS, their heirs, successors and assigns.
