Grant Deed/H&H Enterprises Lots 22, 23The CITY OF KALISPELL, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration ($1.00 & OVC), the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys, remises, releases and
forever grants, unto, H & H ENTERPRISES of KALISPELL, hereinafter
GRANTEE, the following described premises in Flathead County,
Montana, to -wit:
Lots 22 and 23 of Teton Terrace, according to
the map or plat thereof on file and of Record
in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of
Flathead County, Montana.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments end
appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and also all the estate, right, title interest, property,
possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in
equity, of the said GRANTORS, in or to the said premises and every
part and parcel thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said premises, with
the appurtenances, unto the said GRANTEE, their successors and
assigns.
